The Problem: The Advantage Tennis website was outdated and not user-friendly.
The Goal: 1) Using the UX design process, completely overhaul design and flow of the website to make it easy for current members and prospects to navigate and find the information they need.
2) Re-write all copy using best UX Copywriting practices to help users get the information they need immediately and inspire them to take action (sign up for lessons).
The Outcome: Within 30 days of launching the new website, client registrations tripled.
Email campaign for a lawn service business looking to signup current customers for the following year by reminding them to book their final lawn service for the year.
