My Life Story (Don't worry, it's not)
I’m a Learning Experience Designer who believes great training should be clear, actionable, and a little bit exciting. After delivering more than 2,000 virtual training sessions, I transitioned into corporate learning to help organizations build scalable programs where AI strengthens human capability instead of replacing it.
Human-centered AI.
I’m passionate about designing training that helps people use AI safely, confidently, and effectively. I’ve trained models to reach 90+ percent accuracy, coached teams through new tools, and developed learning experiences that consistently land in the top tier for satisfaction and completion. My focus is always: “How do we make this easier, more intuitive, and valuable for the learner?”
Design with purpose.
I blend UX thinking with LXD/ID frameworks to create training that feels personal, intuitive, and measurable. My favorite challenges involve messy workflows, unclear processes, or brand-new tools. I love simplifying the complicated.
Curious by nature. Detail-oriented by instinct. Tenacious in the best way.
I ask thoughtful questions, iterate quickly, and stay committed to creating experiences that help people feel capable, confident, and ready to grow.
When I’m not building learning solutions, you’ll likely find me hiking in the mountains, practicing piano, or living and dying by the weekly performances of my teams the Baltimore Ravens and Arsenal.
