Personalizing ChatGPT
A micro-learning course that helps wealth advisors turn ChatGPT into a tailored assistant. Learners use a little-known feature—personalization (custom instructions + memory)—to build a reusable advisor profile (tone, product focus, do/don’t rules, client segments) so outputs are on-brand and risk-aware by default.
Results: Unlike prompt templates, personalization removes repetitive setup, maintains continuity across threads, and speeds approvals with consistent language and disclosures.”

Signage for National Minority AIDS Council Conference
A mobile learning and budgeting app that helps users over 50 understand, plan, and support their retirement goals by showing them a full picture of their finances—all in one secure place.

Business Website Redesign
Lindsay Rawstorne, Advantage Tennis Club Owner had a problem:
his website was outdated and not user-friendly.
Using the UX research and design process, the site was redesigned to make it easy for both members and prospective clients to navigate and find the information they need.
Site copy was rewritten using best UX Copywriting practices to help users engage with the site and take action (sign ups).
Within 30 days of launching the new website, client registrations tripled.

I created a 6-part blog series for a digital marketing company expanding their offerings to Medspa owners.
For a local food delivery service, I wrote a series that helped drive 25% more traffic to their site.
Role: Copywriter
Food delivery service needing landing pages to expand their geographical reach and entice new business through special offers. I designed the layout and wrote copy for their campaign.
Landscaping business looking to increase number of client renewals needed an email series to encourage clients to book their end-of-season service and facilitate renewals. I wrote copy for this series.
